★★★★★ Our mains water pump failed just before Christmas. No shower pressure just as the temperature was rising!
Craig was great to deal with by phone, came out next day, at the promised time. Took away the old pump to try to fix and then offered to fit a new one at a very decent price when that wasn't possible. All done before Christmas and the new pump is much quieter..
What I didn't know till later, is that instead of just switching in the new pump, Craig went round all the taps in the house clearing out debris spewed from the old broken pump. Above and beyond... Would def use them again.
